Sharing My Journey
For nearly a decade, I have immersed myself in the world of strength training. While I don’t claim to be an expert, I have developed my own systems and foundations that I firmly believe in. Some of you may resonate with my ideas, while others may hold different opinions. As a coach and perpetual student, my ultimate aim is to provide valuable content that can benefit others. I will strive to educate, acknowledging that I may stumble and make mistakes along the way. However, each error will serve as a valuable learning experience.
My purpose is to assist others in starting their own journeys from a more advanced standpoint than I had when I began. While there are individuals who prefer to keep their knowledge and techniques under wraps, I do not subscribe to that approach. I am willing to share everything I know because I understand that most people won’t actually put it into practice, and even those who do may not possess the coaching or execution skills that I have developed.
I will continue to push boundaries in the realm of sports performance training, hybrid training, powerlifting, and general fitness. I firmly believe that every approach has its time and place, and everyone has unique goals to pursue.
