Colin is a foremost expert in high-performance training, influencing over 1,500 athletes and professionals, from budding talents to seasoned executives. A 2-time All-American Collegiate footballer, he utilized his insights to found CM1 Performance after a 6-year collegiate coaching stint. Prioritizing core strengths like speed and mindset, Colin’s holistic approach is certified by his status as a Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS). His affiliations with the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) and the United States Weightlifting Association (USAW) further affirm his comprehensive expertise. I’m Joseph Bonini, a recent graduate from Villanova University. Sports have always been a big part of my life, but once I entered college, I shifted my focus. I became deeply invested into fitness and nutrition, where I developed a passion for optimizing both.Eager to learn, I spent hours researching, making notes of my fitness journey, and connecting with experts in the field. During this period, I not only experienced the physical health benefits, but my biggest takeaways are the mindset and character development we undergo when working out.For me, fitness brought out new levels of physical, mental, and emotional strength. Coach Stefan Bergman began his career in athletics as a Division I lacrosse player at the University of Michigan. There he completed his B.S. in Health and Fitness and also began his career as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, interning at the same University. Stefan also interned at Villanova University before becoming a Graduate Assistant Strength Coach at Eastern University, also earning his MBA in the process. Stefan is tremendously passionate about helping young athletes identify and achieve their goals while continuing to develop and rely on the relationships necessary to inspire those same athletes to pursue the very best versions of themselves.
